(A) Fresh Flowers and Fruits
In the event that your ordered flowers arrives damaged, withered, or unsatisfactory, we advise you call our customer service immediately at our giftline: 03-78830233 or whatapps / email us a digital photo of the items to +012-6915200 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a replacement.
Kindly note that once your order is in delivery (left our premises), the order is considered non-returnable and non-refundable
(B) Food Hamper
We guarantee one month of freshness & quality for all foodstuff in our food hamper from the date of delivery.
If you have received foodstuff that are within 30 days of the expiry date, please inform our customer service at our giftline: 03-78830233 or email us at email@example.com to initiate your replacement.
(C ) Cakes and Macaroons
We guarantee freshness & quality for all our cakes and macaroons on the date of delivery.
We advise that cakes and macaroons should be kept refrigerated upon receipt to ensure freshness. Some cream cakes are more fragile than others and may require extra care in handling and storage.
In the event that the cakes and macaroons are damaged and spoilt at the date of delivery, we advise you call our customer service immediately at our giftline: 03-78830233 or whatapps / email us a digital photo of the items to +012-6915200 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a replacement.
(D) Non-perishable Items
In the event that the ordered item and or one of the items in a hamper is damaged / faulty / broken, you have 1 month from the date of delivery to return your order. Kindly contact our customer service at our giftline: 03-78830233 or email us at email@example.com to initiate your replacement.
Upon inspection and confirmation, if the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item for you free of charge.
Delivery of Gifts
No cancellations are allowed on the day of delivery. Should there be a cancellation, the cost of the order will be forfeited.
Pods & Petals Giftlab will not accept responsibility for late or non delivery of the flowers or gifts in the following circumstances:
◦The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given and there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
◦The address is incorrect.
◦Recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.
Pods & Petals Giftlab will make at least 2 attempts to contact the recipient. In the event that the recipient is not at the address given without the knowledge of the customer, or of there is any other reason for non delivery for which Pods & Petals Giftlab is not liable, Pods & Petals Giftlab will enter into correspondence with the customer. For a pre-stated fee, Pods & Petals Giftlab will arrange to have the order delivered at a later date.
In case of eventual non delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of the product and the costs involved.
Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund can be made.
In all cases, Pods & Petals Giftlab will try their best to deliver according to the requested time. However, in rare cases of late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, Pods & Petals Giftlab will not be liable for any claims arising out of such situations.
Non delivery due to reasons such as natural disasters, acts of God, violent/warlike situations and/or other reasons beyond our control will not be considered as a violation of agreement.
Freshness and Quality
Giftlab food hampers & gifts are fully backed by our Cash Back Guarantee for Freshness & Quality on every food item. Pods & Petals Giftlab guarantees a 3 times refund on the retail value of any spoilt food item, or up to 50% of the hamper / gift selling price (whichever is lower). The Cash Back can also be interchanged with the replacement of items to the recipient of the same value.
Guarantee valid within one month from date of delivery.
