Chile Mancura Ethnia Merlot 750ml and Mancura Ethnia Carbenet Sauvignon 750ml
Mancura means ‘Guard of the Andes’ and is a tribute to the mythical Condor of the Andes, that protects the earth from the imposing Andean skies and safeguards the Chilean grape harvest. The Mancura winery is based in Rapel Valley, 120km south of Santiago, and sources grapes from five of the major Chilean wine valleys. Winemaker Jorge Martínez has created an excellent range of modern and exciting Chilean wines which offer commercial value for the off-trade market.
Mancura Ethnia Merlot
With an inviting deep ruby-red in colour, this wine is packed full of ripe blackberry and plum aromas with delicate hints of spice and crushed black pepper. The palate is succulent, soft and fruity, beautifully balanced by velvet-textured tannins as the key to its charm.
Mancura Etnia Carbenet Sauvignon
Pronounced blackberry aromas mingle with touches of leather and chocolate, with fine grained tannins.
